Cindy Cook A.I.S.D., a professional accredited interior designer, has pre-selected an array of color and material palettes for your convenience. In addition, Cindy can help you fine tune your selections, and can provide you with full design consultation should you wish. Some highlights of the superior level of finish you will find at the Villas:

Tiling: Tile floors, in varied patterns, are in all kitchens, dining areas, baths, entry, and hallways. Tile in the bathrooms is included in all showers, tubs and vanity tops. Tile backsplashes are standard in kitchens from the countertop to the bottom of the cabinet. Slab granite countertops are standard in all kitchens.

Cabinety: Doors are solid wood (not veneer); hinges are fully concealed euro style; face frames of all cabinets are solid wood; backs and sides are Fir plywood (not particle board); upper cabinets are 42" tall; extra drawers are included in the base cabinets for convenience.

Interior Trim: All windows in main living areas have wood casing; all baseboards are 5 _" tall All standard interior doors are 8Õ tall and are solid wood, white pine (not particle board). All interior door hardware has lever handles for universal use. Appliances are all Kitchenaide brand with stainless steel finishes.

Lawns and Flower Beds:

Landscaping of the lawns and common areas has been professionally designed to be low maintenance and provide folliage that is indigenous to the central Texas region. All trees and shrubs will be native species and the lawns will be Tiff Bermuda... to match the adjacent golf fairways.

All lawn and beds will be irrigated and controlled by a common system to maintain a consistant and beautiful environment for the community while promoting water conservation and cost effeciencies.
